Agape Counseling Services is an approved provider for BlueCross BlueShield, Optum, United Healthcare, Friday Health Plans, Sooner Care, Medicare, Humana, Tricare, and Wellcare Oklahoma.

ACS is willing to contact any insurance carrier to request coverage. 

ACS has a sliding scale fee for the uninsured or partially insured individuals.

Special individualized fee agreements can be considered for special circumstances.
